The car stereo volume decreases when I turn on or off the mobile device when connected via Bluetooth.

Depending on the volume setting of the Music Center application, the volume may automatically be reduced when you turn on or turn off your mobile device.
If you think that the volume of your car stereo is lower after turning on or turning off your mobile device, adjust the volume of the mobile device directly instead of just using Music Center application.
