    A. To create it with Send To Function

    * Procedure
    1. Click Start
    2. Right-click a given software name and then click Send To-Desktop (create shortcut) on the displayed menu.

    B. To create it with Paste Shortcut Function in the shortcut menu

    * Procedure
    1. Click Start.
    2. Right-click a given software name and then click Copy.

    3. Right-click on an open area of the desktop and then click Paste Shortcut on the displayed menu.
    4. The shortcut icon of (Given software name) appears on the desktop.

    C. To create it by starting the Create Shortcut window

    * Procedure
    * As an example, let's create a shortcut icon of Windows Media Player.
    1. Right-click on an open area on the screen and then click New-Shortcut on the displayed shortcut menu.

    2. Click Browse, specify the file of Windows Media Player and click Next.
    3. Enter a shortcut name.
