Color differences such as white spots or white leakage appear on the TV screen during a dark scene.

IMPORTANT: This article applies only to specific products. Check the Applicable Products and Categories section of this article for details.

Light leakage (e.g. white spot, white leakage) and different screen edge brightness levels are characteristics of LCD monitor technology and are not a product failure. While this issue cannot be repaired, it will also not worsen as it is in accordance with TV product specifications and criteria.

The light leakage that is visible on a dark screen when there is no picture available does not affect the picture quality or color presentation of running content.

In addition, due to the characteristics of the LCD monitor design, such as the liquid crystal pre-tilt angle orientation and arrangement of liquid crystal molecules, it's normal for the light leakage to change depending on the visual angle at which the TV is being viewed.
