How to use Amazon Alexa voice command to turn on My TV

Follow the steps below to use voice commands on your Amazon Alexa™ speaker after you connect it to your Android TV™ device.

1. Set Remote Start to On
   1. On the supplied remote control, press the HOME button.
   2. Select Settings or the  icon.
   3. Under Network & Accessories category, select Remote start
      
   4. Set Remote start to On
      
2. Make sure to use the same Google™ account on your Amazon Alexa-enabled devices.

   • Check your Google account on your TV.

     1. Press the HOME button.
     2. Scroll down to Apps category and select Google Play™ Store.
     3. On the Google Play store screen, select Settings.
        • Your TV displays the current Google account email address.
   • Check with Amazon Alexa product support to verify the Google account you use on your Amazon Alexa-enabled device.
