Repair Defective Product via Courier Service
If the customer want to use the repair service through parcel couriers service. Please contact Sony Thai Information Center at Tel. 02-7156100 or Line ID @ sonythai to obtain the form.
Please take photos of the product following the sample link here as evidence before sending the product to Sony service center.

• Compact Cameras (Only DSC-W Series and DSC-WX Series)
• Portable Music Players
• Digital Voice Recorders (Only ICD Series)
• Mobile Phones
• PlayStation® (Only Wireless Controller within Warranty period from Sony)
Note: for other product categories, this service is not applicable yet.
Service Charge and Spare Parts
• The product within warranty period.
- Free of charge of repair and spare parts. “Unless, the checking is found to be out of warranty, the staff will be contact you again”
Note: Please provide evidence such as Receipt by put it inside the parcel box or check the warranty period through My Sony.
• The product out of the warranty period.
- For products that more than 3 years, please check the availability of spare parts before repairing. Please contact Sony Contact Center at 0-27156100 or click on Contact Us.
- Cost of repair estimation, our staff will contact the customer for repairing cost estimation and approval before repairing the product.
Registered parcel delivery service fee
• The customer must pay for delivery fee. Customer may consider to purchase additional in-transit warranty at the couriers service point (please contact at couriers service point for more detail) These delivery fee and in-transit warranty do not cover the terms of the product warranty.
• For return, the delivery fee will be paid by Sony Service Center.
